SANGAM is a hyperlocal social platform that blends real-world exploration, community engagement, and gamified rewards for Indian cities, starting with Patna, Bihar. Users can discover local businesses, complete location-based tasks, join neighborhood zones, connect with nearby people, and earn rewards for genuine local engagement.
SANGAM offers both free features and optional paid features, including a premium subscription (SANGAM Plus) for individual users and a Business Partner subscription for local businesses who wish to sponsor tasks and promotions on the platform.

We do not sell your personal data. We share limited data only with service providers necessary to run the app — including our payment processor, cloud hosting provider, and push notification service (Firebase) — solely to provide the service.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to us at the email below, or by using the "Delete Account" option within the app, which permanently removes your data from our systems.
SANGAM's monetary features (task earnings, cashout, subscriptions) are intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
We use industry-standard measures, including encryption and access controls, to protect your information.

SANGAM provides a gamified, location-based social platform. Some features are free; others require in-app purchases or a paid subscription.
SANGAM uses two types of in-app currency: Coins (used for cosmetic shop purchases only, with no cash value) and Cashable Coins (earned through verified real-world task completion, redeemable for real money above a minimum threshold, subject to identity and payment verification).
Users agree not to submit fraudulent task claims, harass other users, post illegal or harmful content, or attempt to manipulate the platform's reward systems. Violations may result in warnings, feature restrictions, or account termination.
Businesses that register on SANGAM to sponsor tasks agree to pay the applicable subscription fee for their chosen tier and to provide accurate business information. SANGAM reserves the right to verify business accounts before activating live tasks.
SANGAM is provided "as is." We are not liable for losses arising from third-party actions, user misconduct, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Patna, Bihar.

Purchases of in-app Coins are final and non-refundable once credited to your account, except where required by applicable Indian consumer protection law, or in the case of a verified technical error resulting in a duplicate or failed-but-charged transaction.
Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle unless cancelled. You may cancel anytime from within the app or your account dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no partial refund is provided for the remaining period, except where required by law.
Cashable Coins may be redeemed for real money once a minimum threshold is reached, subject to successful UPI verification. Processing typically takes a few business days. In case of a failed transfer due to incorrect user-provided details, the amount is credited back to the user's account for correction and resubmission.
